A note from Mr. Tim about PE

What was the mummy’s favorite music?  Wrap!!!  Even though the students had their APE class after Halloween, we made sure to still have a fun, scary week in the gym!  We started out doing some new locomotor movements, along with our usual ones, including a Frankenstein walk (arms straight out in front), mummy walk (arms at our sides, legs straight taking large steps) and flying around like bats!  We then made our friends into mummies using rolls of toilet paper, which turned out to be a huge hit!  Each student took a turn being the mummy, while the other students rolled them up from head to toe.  The students were laughing and had a great time during this activity!
Have a great weekend!  Stay active and healthy!
