Welcome to a new school year!

We have had lots of fun exploring our centers this week.  

 Playing with cars and trucks.

 Building with blocks at the block center.

Singing songs at Circle time.

 Playing on the playground.

 Playing with manipulatives at table time.

 Sensory tray fun with shaving cream.

 Sand table fun.

Playing in Dramatic Play!

Outdoor Fun!

We spent a lot of time outdoors on the second to last day of school.  

First we checked out the Whittier Garden where we planted radishes and peas.  The plants are getting so big!!  We watered the plants one more time.

 We checked out the lettuce that Ms. Baker's class planted.

 We picked a radish from the garden.

 Ms. Baker gave us some lettuce.  We washed the lettuce and fed Bella.

Popsicle time!!

Ms Michele brought out bubbles.

 We played with trucks....

and balls.    It was a beautiful day to be outside!

Water and Bubble Fun!

We had lots of fun playing in the water tables.  We had boats, sponges, funnels, ocean animals, cups and lots of other fun stuff in the water. 

 


We had little bubble wands to blow bubbles and great big bubble wands!

It was a beautiful day for bubbles and water play!

Olympic Day

 We had lots of fun at Olympic Day!  First we stacked buckets and knocked them down!

 Then we played with the parachute.

 Scooters were fun to ride!

We played with balls too.

We raced on the track.  It was a fun day!

Trip to the Library

The AM class walked to Dole Library.

 Listening to stories and following finger plays and songs.

Dancing Fun!

It was a fun trip!

The PM class enjoyed the stories too!
