Snow!

We had a fun time playing in the snow!

P is for Pets and Pennies

We are collecting pennies for the Holmes School Student council funraiser. We are counting them and putting the pennies in the piggy bank.

The children sorted big and little dogs bones at table time.

We played in the pet store this week at Dramatic Play.

We are taking care of our Dogs!

We sang "There is a Dog at School" at Circle time.
We played "Doggie, Doggie, Where is your bone?" at group time.

M is for Mittens!

We played a matching mitten game. Each child found the matching mitten and made a "Pair".

Each child had a chance to find the matching mitten and hang it up on the clothes line. The children matched letters or colors.

Gingerbread Man Activities

We counted a dozen eggs and made a dozen collection.

The children had fun playing in the Bakery.

We made gingerbread playdough. The children had fun making gingerbread men with the cookie cutouts.

Turkey Time!

We learned about turkeys. We made turkey headbands and moved like turkeys!

H is for Happy Halloween and Harvest!

We are learning about the Farm.

We played "Who is in the Barn?"

We made stuffed pumpkins, crows and corn for our Harvest Bulletin board.

We had fun during our Halloween parade and classroom celebration.
